Delivery

Articles from the ByKay range are available immediately and sent immediately after your payment is received. Self-assembled slings and accessories are specially made up for you. We will ship your personalised products within one week.

The shipping time varies per country.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges

Our slings and accessories can be exchanged and returned within 30 days of placing your order. There are a few rules to this:

1. The products must be unused and in new condition.

2. The product must be complete.

3. The enclosed Return Card must be completed and enclosed by you.

For exchange: indicate on the return card what the item is to be exchanged for and attach it. Don't forget to mention your order number. After receipt we will exchange the item and if necessary. refund remaining balance. If there is an additional payment you will receive a message by email. Make sure that your package is sufficiently stamped. Returning is at your own risk and we recommend that the package be properly packaged and sent by registered and / or traceable mail.

For returns: indicate on the return card the reason for the return and state your Order number. After receipt we will refund the purchase amount within 30 days. NB: only slings and accessories from our standard ByKay range can be exchanged, unfortunately a product specially made or printed for you cannot be returned.

Items that have been taken away from the ByKay range cannot be exchanged or returned.

The costs of exchanging or returning your order are for your own account. In an exceptional case, for example if your order is not in order due to an error by us, we will reimburse the costs of a return shipment.

NB: Did we pay for the shipping costs with your order? In the event of a return, we will deduct these shipping costs from the refund.

Processing your order

After you have placed an order with us, you'll receive an overview by email. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation by email.

Standard assortment

For shipment of our standard assortment, we will send your order within five working days.

Design it yourself

If you design your own sling, it will be specially made for you. Time of production will be within one week. If you need more information, our customer service is happy to help your at info@bykay.com

Comments and Complaints

Childrens Product Certificate

In 2016, all our products are all certified conform regulations of the American Children's Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) and safety standards ASTM F2236 and ASTM F2907. A Children's Product Certificate (CPC) is available upon request. This is a USA based certification, suited for the USA and all other countries accross the world. 

All our products are also certified by European norm NPR-CEN/TR 16512:2015 en. 

In addition, our products are also certified according to European standard EN 13209-2: 2005 under certificate number 89202484-1
We are also OEKO-TEX certified under number: 21HTR82358

Quality Guarantee

We work exclusively with 100% baby safe cotton, which is Oeko-tex 100 certified. Our certificate number is  21HTR82358 Our products are made under fair-trade conditions, fully audited and child labor-free.

You get 2 month  exchange guarantee. This only applies if the article is still in our range.

Also 2 years warranty on your baby carrier.  With the exeption of defects due wear and tear. The ByKay Team will decide on this.

RODUCT REGISTRATION

Here you register a product for the sole purpose of alerting security or recall. We use the information you provide to contact us if there is something wrong with the production. You may have heard that a company is recalling a product from the shelves, because something is wrong with what does not belong. By means of this registration we want to ensure that should that ever happen to us, we can contact directly with the people who have bought the product with us.

We do not use your information for other purposes unless otherwise indicated (by you).
